
Pocket Mindfulness for Samhain (in-person)
Location: The Seaside Siblinghood, Wellbeing & Craft Fair, Unitarian Church, Brighton.
Time: 1pm on Saturday 2nd November
Welcome Samhain and embrace the changing of the season with mindfulness. Emily will guide you through some quick, yet effective mindfulness practices to carry in your pocket throughout winter. She will also share tips on how to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life, and you will get the chance to make a simple origami keepsake.

Latitude Festival 2024, The Zen Project (in-person)
Festival attendees can join Emily aboard the ‘Zen Den’ for a 30 minute moment of rest and meditation. Beginners welcome! Look for the converted American school bus in the ‘Mind, Body & Zen’ area of the festival.

Royal Sussex County Hospital, The Zen Project (in-person)
NHS staff can join me aboard The Zen Project’s mobile wellbeing station for a short mindful listening practice this Thursday 11th July at 1pm. I look forward to sharing a moment of calm with you. More info here.
