  • The Sussex Mindfulness Centre website has an extensive range of free reading materials, talks and recorded mindfulness practices to support your discovery and practice of mindfulness.

  • Other practice tracks can be found at the Mindfulness Network; the tracks are freely available, but you may need to register with the site.

  • Bangor University has a wide selection of recorded mindfulness guidance, including many short practices which can be ideal for starting out.
