The Sussex Mindfulness Centre website has an extensive range of free reading materials, talks and recorded mindfulness practices to support your discovery and practice of mindfulness.
Other practice tracks can be found at the Mindfulness Network; the tracks are freely available, but you may need to register with the site.
Bangor University has a wide selection of recorded mindfulness guidance, including many short practices which can be ideal for starting out.
