Mindfulness with ADHD
This beginner-friendly workshop is for adults living with ADHD* who would like to explore short, practical mindfulness techniques in a small and supportive group.
Guiding your session will be Emily, who trained with the Sussex Mindfulness Centre to teach adapted mindfulness-based interventions. Emily also brings her lived experience of being diagnosed with both ADHD and HSD.
Emily focuses on short mindfulness practices within her sessions (usually 10 minutes or less) sometimes incorporating some gentle mindful movements if suitable.
*People who are formally diagnosed, self diagnosed, waiting for assessment, or questioning if they have ADHD are all welcome at this session.
